Do you deliver to my specific postcode?
We deliver and offer free shipping to majority of UK Mainland postcodes, however, surcharges may incur for remote areas including some UK Mainland postcodes depending on the location of the dispatching merchant. This is especially applicable to Scottish Offshore (KW15-17, ZE, HS, PA20, 41-49, 60-75, 77-78, KA27-28, PH40, 42-44), Scilly Isles (TR21-25), Northern Ireland (BT), Channel Islands (GY, JE), IOM (IM), Eire and BFPO addresses. Can I choose a specific delivery date or time slot?
We will always do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery date or time. However, as deliveries are scheduled based on planned routes and overall demand in your area, we cannot guarantee specific time slots. We appreciate your understanding and will keep you informed as accurately as possible regarding your delivery window.
Will the delivery drivers bring the boxes into my room of choice?
Our delivery team is only insured to deliver at the door step. Please email us to request room of choice delivery.
