Delivery

We deliver and offer free shipping to majority of UK Mainland postcodes, however, surcharges may incur for remote areas including some UK Mainland postcodes depending on the location of the dispatching merchant. This is especially applicable to Scottish Offshore (KW15-17, ZE, HS, PA20, 41-49, 60-75, 77-78, KA27-28, PH40, 42-44), Scilly Isles (TR21-25), Northern Ireland (BT), Channel Islands (GY, JE), IOM (IM), Eire and BFPO addresses. We will always do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery date or time. However, as deliveries are scheduled based on planned routes and overall demand in your area, we cannot guarantee specific time slots. We appreciate your understanding and will keep you informed as accurately as possible regarding your delivery window.

Payments

Yes, we offer flexible short and long term payment options including Buy Now, Pay Later services such as Klarna, Paypal Later and Affirm (subject to availability and approval).These allow you to spread the cost into manageable instalments at checkout.

A: Most declines are due to a “billing address mismatch.” Ensure the address entered matches exactly where your card is registered. For high-value orders (over £1,000), your bank may require secondary 3D Secure verification via your banking app.

Shipping & Returns

A: We use a specialist two-man furniture delivery service for our large items, including some 2 to 7 door wardrobes. This ensures your furniture is handled with care and delivered to your room of choice (subject to access and additional charges apply), rather than being left at the kerbside. Smaller items may arrive via a standard courier.

A: Our standard lead time is typically 5-10 days, depending on your location and the specific collection ordered. You will receive a booking call or text at least 24-48 hours in advance to confirm a delivery slot.

A: Yes. However, please ensure your hallways and stairwells are clear. If you are ordering a large sliding wardrobe (e.g., our 250cm+ models), please check the “Box Dimensions” on the product page to ensure they can navigate tight corners or lifts.

A: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from receipt to notify us of a return. Items must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that for large furniture items, a collection fee will apply to cover the specialized transport required.
